Electornic Sales Hall Introduction

Our Electronic Sales Hall opened on May 26, 2015 and started to serve our members.
 
Electronic Sales Hall System of our Bourse is a system in which 50 units of our customers can be involved in sales at the same time. Product samples brought to the Electronic Sales Hall by the RFID sample that is loaded with product information are loaded to the system by using RFID Card reader in the Electronic Sales Room System respectively by our Office staff and placed in groups of 10 in Conveyor Specimen Transport System in each product sales session. An average of 7 minutes is given over the computer for sale and a product sales session is started. Our members can give price in the form of manual price increase, automatic increase or single price entry until the end of the session by entering the system with the computers and Touch LCD (Multiouch) screens and flash memories stored in their names.
 
In the first stage of the product sales process, conveyor belt conveying system and RFID supported sheets provide the product samples to pass through the members` fronts so that members can see all the features of the product and sample from the sample. The product analysis values during the transition are flashing on the Touch LCD (Multiouch) screens in front of our members to see what the product is. At this time the buyer can follow the products he is interested in. When the sales session starts, only the items that the buyer receives are displayed on the screen. By filtering out sales by product groups and analyzes, the member keeps only the products he / she is interested on the screen and thus has the opportunity to follow up more easily. Also; Our members can participate in the auction by purchasing products from the internet without having to come to the Sales Hall. It is not known by the other buyers who participated in raising the price of the product, until the end of the product sale period. But; When the session for the sale is completed, the member who gives the highest price to the product is identified. At the end of the product sales session, the members who participated in the session have a session finished on their screens, and if the goods are left on our members, they approve the sales transaction by selecting which warehouse to download.
 
The transaction approved by the receiving member is automatically registered on the system and sent to the scales programs. The product owners who bring the product to sell to the stock market can watch the price increases realized during the product sales session instantly through the Led screens in the waiting room. At the end of the session, the product owner learns the product price information and the buyer information by coming to the registration service. If the product owner desires to sell the designated product, the sales transaction takes place. If the price is not favorable, the sales transaction is canceled. In the registration service, 2 copies of the product sales price containing the product`s price, buyer name and warehouse information are printed from the computer and 1 copy is given to the bag together with some product sample in the sample packing area and the mouth is glued.
